Google Ads and Meta ads management
Most ad accounts don't fail on bids or creative. They fail because conversions aren't tracked, the landing page doesn't match the ad, and leads never get tied back to revenue. I run Google and Meta campaigns and fix the parts around them that decide whether the spend pays off.
Google and Meta ads at EverFleet
EverFleet leases electric vehicles to fleets and professional drivers. I managed their Google and Meta ads while building the landing pages, analytics, and HubSpot setup behind them. Customer acquisition cost went from about $500 to about $40.

You're spending on ads and can't say what it returns
Clicks and impressions are easy to report. Cost per customer is harder, and it usually means connecting the ad platforms to your CRM.
Your conversion tracking is broken or missing
If Google and Meta can't see which clicks turn into leads or sales, their bidding optimizes for the wrong thing. Fixing tracking often matters more than any campaign change.
Your ads point at pages that were never built for them
Sending paid traffic to a homepage or a generic form wastes it. I build landing pages that match what the ad promised.
The person or agency running your ads is gone
Accounts left alone drift: stale audiences, overlapping campaigns, budget going to placements nobody chose. I take over, audit what's there, and keep it running.
What I do
Account audit
A review of your Google Ads and Meta accounts: campaign structure, targeting, budgets, tracking, and where spend is going that it shouldn't.
Campaign management
Ongoing management of Google and Meta campaigns: structure, audiences, budgets, bidding, and creative testing.
Conversion tracking
Google Tag Manager, GA4, the Meta Pixel, and server-side events like the Conversions API, set up so each platform sees real leads and sales, and set up to respect consent.
Landing pages
Pages built for a specific campaign and audience, then tested. I write and ship the code myself.
CRM and offline conversions
Connect ad leads to HubSpot or your CRM so you can see which campaigns produce customers, and send that back to the ad platforms.
Questions
Do you manage both Google Ads and Meta ads?
Yes. Google is usually where people go when they already know what they need, and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) is where you reach people before they start searching. Most accounts I work on use both, and I manage them together so budget goes where it performs.
How is this different from a typical ads agency?
I also build the things ads depend on: landing pages, tracking, analytics, and CRM integration. Most agencies work only inside the ad platforms and have to ask someone else when those break.
Who owns the ad accounts?
You do. I work inside accounts in your name, with access you grant and can revoke. If we stop working together, the accounts, data, and history stay with you.
Do you also work on privacy and consent for ad tags?
Yes. Ad pixels are one of the most common sources of privacy problems, and I built the scanning engine behind Privisy, which checks for trackers that ignore opt-outs. Tracking I set up is meant to respect consent and Global Privacy Control.
